I have recorded one DVD-R disk and in which, one VRO file in included. I failed to play this VRO file on my Mac computer. And according to my research, I can play it on Mac after renaming to .mpg, but again no success. Now I am looking for a video converter to convert the VRO file to my Mac supported MOV. Any idea?
VRO file, related with DVD disk, is a container format for multiplexed audiovisual content. VRO file sometimes can be played by some VOB compatible players if it is a standard DVD-Video VOB file, but in most cases, the VRO file is fragmented and can not be played by most of computer systems and players, including Mac, although in few occasions, renaming the .vro to .mpg works, but not always.
