Make Preparation: Run Frame Rate Converter

Free download the powerful AVI Video Frame Rate Converter Mac or Windows version - iDealshare VideoGo (for Windows, for Mac), install and run it, the following interface will pop up.

Step 1 Import video files

Click "Add File" button to import the AVI files which you want to change frame rate from 29.97fps to 23.97fps.

Step 2 Set Frame Rate to 23.97 fps

• Click "Setting..." button to open the "Advanced Settings" windows, then switch to the "Advanced" panel;
• In the "Advanced" panel, click the small triangle on the left side of the "Video Codec" to spread the drop down menu;
• Then go to "Frame Rate" tab, click the 29.97 to open the fps drop down list to select 23.97 (Tips: if you want to change 29.97fps to other frame rate, simply select from the drop down list or overwrite 29.97 to your desired fps.
• Finally click "Apply to All" and OK.

Step 3 Define output video format and destination

Click the "Profile" drop-down button to select desired video format as output profile from the "General Video" category. (Tips: you can select the same AVI as output video format, or select other video formats if you like to change video frame rate as well as video format)

Click the "Browse..." button to specify which folder which stores the frame rate changed video files.

Step 4 Finish changing video frame rate

Click the "Convert" button to start and finish converting frame rate from 29.97 to 23.97.
